I saw this layout awhile ago on Splitcoast Stampers and immediately thought of this paper and stamp set. How strange! That never happens to me. Here is the recipe:
Paper: Whisper white, Cosmo Cricket Dutch Girl
Ink: Ruby Red
Tools: Cropadile, SU scallop punch
Embellishment: SU white grosgrain ribbon
