I was inspired to make this card by a gift bag that I saw at my sister's house yesterday. It was shades of baby blue and very different patters, but this is what I could come up with.
-Paper: bashful blue, real red, Baby Boy Dots (Archiver's)
-Tools: Cuttlebug, dots embossing folder, buttons
