I'll still do my share of 12x12's but this should be fun and different. This picture is of my son, Nathan, when he was 12 months old. The paper in the Summer Picnic pack is so much fun. I am glad I made this purchase. This card is a case of the one I did with Dutch Girl paper awhile back. I love the layout and this paper is great for this layout. I attempted to cut the circles out with my <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0">Fiscars</span> circle cutter. After <span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1">fiddling</span> with it for ten minutes and then getting Adam involved, I ended up just throwing it away. It just wouldn't work properly. Then, I was thinking about which products I would purchase to make circles, and how many different punches I would have to buy. Then it hit me! Duh! I have a <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2">Silouette</span>! This machine is GREAT! My husband designed this little monkey a few years back and he uploaded all of the pieces to my Silouette yesterday. He is 6.5x6.25 inches. We thought about using this card as Nathan's invitations, but I figured that would be a bit rough on the blade to do 25 of these. Each color is cut out seperately and glued on to the main brown image. </div><div><br /> </div><span></span><br /><div></div>Tiffanyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01039987369005156045noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4031839460357879051.post-53441045254682967522008-02-24T10:30:00.000-08:002008-12-10T14:46:46.461-08:00Nathan's Birthday Invitations<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj6GLPflA3dvICiuONkEjYFlYeR5DmjpqwElbL4zst3UX13B2DJN5f8ZdXk2LU1Wlz2Q-L24SFUP9wvzuw8hR4Moz2O1diu5D0Q2tkLocmzxLbuj4s3GEzorxmuZTNI4PAuXANokcX8r9xF/s1600-h/DSCF0005nathan2lkjljkhh.JPG"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5170623550954469570" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj6GLPflA3dvICiuONkEjYFlYeR5DmjpqwElbL4zst3UX13B2DJN5f8ZdXk2LU1Wlz2Q-L24SFUP9wvzuw8hR4Moz2O1diu5D0Q2tkLocmzxLbuj4s3GEzorxmuZTNI4PAuXANokcX8r9xF/s400/DSCF0005nathan2lkjljkhh.JPG" border="0" /></a><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj87d6FRX0AFNj8K52DhCWUZB9FtoiTIZsXMva4FNOxoIFP6tgehcXTNbpHR5UGXMY1WFWSNK9wrGwwIY7iDR7XsAgghEL5zOgvUWCSDB4_5hG6q6m46830XQFlUz9GRd-kixKs4EPklTt_/s1600-h/DSCF0005nathan2lkjljkhh.JPG"></a>Hello! It was great to be home from work. I slept in until 8:30! It was nice to catch up on the phone with family and friends. We had a very crafty morning making Valentines for both my son and daughter's classes and teachers. Then, I made chocolate chip pancakes for lunch! Healthy, I know. My daughter, Paige, who never eats, ate 4 of them!<br /><div>Here is one of the Valentine's that I made for my son's teachers. They are so good to him and our family. It is nice to know that when I can't be with him, he is with people who really care. </div><div>Here is the recipe:</div><div>Paper: Pretty in Pink, Rose Red, DP from Paper Studio</div><div>Stickers: K& Co- exclusive at Target</div><div>Ink: Pixie Pink for sponging the scallops</div><div>Other: Marvy punch, Offray light pink grosgrain ribbon, slit punch</div><div>Have a great day!</div>Tiffanyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01039987369005156045noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4031839460357879051.post-34109301441269887412008-02-11T17:31:00.000-08:002008-12-10T14:46:46.985-08:00Thinking of you, again!<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjrrRXy4gntMQf9IRkvkll4LUcrMELVrek1KGOKn-6tCSfHnGl4_6M9U29dIUBr65JsJGYb3q2HKxWL66aAASwdgnVzdUr3H68-YUC8RWvzXWoczXDuOEAQUegIUc981mq1noyeTWTqAiaY/s1600-h/DSCF0013tifclipthink1.JPG"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5165901298837026946" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjrrRXy4gntMQf9IRkvkll4LUcrMELVrek1KGOKn-6tCSfHnGl4_6M9U29dIUBr65JsJGYb3q2HKxWL66aAASwdgnVzdUr3H68-YUC8RWvzXWoczXDuOEAQUegIUc981mq1noyeTWTqAiaY/s400/DSCF0013tifclipthink1.JPG" border="0" /></a><br /><br /><br /><br />I am really hoping and praying for a snow day tomorrow.
